A radiant new voice in the Austin music scene. Mida Lane has sung in the jazz choirs at Brigham Young University, as well as BYU's Women's Chorus and Concert Choir. She has performed as a soloist for international telecast events, religious programs, and independently produced albums. Mida has on more than one occasion been invited to sing at vocal recitals as the performing guest of honor.
The first pick in any soprano section, Mida can produce a clear, straight coloratura tone as high as anyone needs her to go. However, with her three octave range the low notes are within her reach as well. Be it Mozarts' vengeance aria, savory jazz standards, her own urban folk tunes, or anything in between, Mida can be counted on to deliver every time.
